In our sketchbook workshop, we use only carefully selected, premium-quality papers available in multiple variations.

This allows you to find the perfect sketchbook by choosing parameters that best match your artistic techniques and creative preferences.

Kowal sketchbooks can be easily filtered by key paper parameters such as weight, composition, surface texture, and paper manufacturer. Our collection includes papers with weights around 200 gsm and 300 gsm, suitable for both drawing and demanding painting techniques, including watercolor.

Most of the papers used are 100% cotton, although some models feature high-quality cotton–cellulose blends. Sketchbooks can also be categorized by paper brand, most commonly Fabriano, Saunders Waterford, and Arches — names trusted by artists worldwide.
