Kowal sketchbooks are divided into carefully designed series, each based on a distinct artistic concept.

Every series represents a specific type of sketchbook, tailored to different working styles, formats, and creative needs — from professional artists to traveling sketchers.

The most popular line is the PRO Series, featuring professional sketchbooks in B5 and similar formats. They are made with premium 100% cotton papers from world-class manufacturers such as Arches, Fabriano, and Saunders Waterford, available in heavy 300 gsm weights, various paper shades, and surfaces including Hot Pressed (HP), Cold Pressed (CP), and Rough.

The Traveler Series consists of compact sketchbooks with a distinctive soft cover and button-flap closure. These are iconic products of our workshop, designed for artists who sketch and paint on the go. They usually contain Saunders or Arches cotton paper with a weight of around 200 gsm.

Sketchilla represents the bold side of the brand — large, iconic hard-cover sketchbooks in near-square formats. They feature thick, premium watercolor cotton papers with various textures, perfect for expressive and demanding painting techniques.

The Wild Series stands out with its unusual 14 × 25 cm format and high-quality Fabriano 100% cotton paper, 300 gsm. This series also includes unique editions where the hard cover is wrapped in the same cotton paper used inside the sketchbook.
