Every product can be returned without providing a reason. The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment. If the item has already been unpacked, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The refund will be issued after providing the return shipment tracking number. The product cannot be returned if it has been used.
The return period is 60 days from the date the product is received.
The refund processing time is up to 7 days.
